At Right Stack Physical Therapy, we believe that rehabilitation should not only begin after pain or injury appears. The body performs best when awareness, movement quality, strength, and recovery are integrated early in the process.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce the RSPT Workshop Series — a set of injury prevention workshops aimed at helping active adults, professionals, and dancers better understand their bodies, reduce injury risk, and move with greater confidence.
These movement health workshops are built around practical, evidence-informed guidance from Dr. Divya Raghavan, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist and the founder of Right Stack Physical Therapy and Natya Rehab & Wellness.
Whether you’re facing recurring discomfort, managing training demands, coping with long work hours, or simply looking to enhance your movement, these sessions offer actionable strategies you can implement right away in your daily life.
Each workshop combines:
Education
Movement awareness
Injury prevention principles
Guided exercises and demonstrations
Open discussion and Q&A
Our goal is simple:
Help people stay active, informed, and resilient for the long term.
